I Face DHL Pickup Delay for Shipment in Zagreb Despite Scheduled Time

-Our shipment with tracking number 1813395242 was scheduled to be picked up from the sender on Monday, September 29, 2025, by 14:00. However, 25 hours have passed, and the pickup has still not been completed. The collection address is 10090 Zagreb, Croatia.
I contacted DHL Express customer service, but unfortunately, I was informed that they could not assist with the issue. Due to this delay, we were embarrassed in front of our clients and have experienced operational disruption and financial loss.
We urgently request the immediate pickup and delivery of our shipment as initially scheduled. We also ask for a prompt update and a clear explanation for this delay.
