The shipment sent via DHL Logistics has not been delivered to my address in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul since January 3, 2026. Despite several days passing, I see no progress in the tracking system, and my package has still not been delivered to me.
I am unable to reach a customer service phone number for DHL Logistics. When I contacted DHL Express and DHL E-commerce customer service, I was told that DHL Logistics is a completely separate company, and therefore they cannot assist me. As a result, I have no point of contact regarding my shipment and cannot obtain any information.
I am requesting that DHL Logistics contact me as soon as possible and urgently deliver my shipment to my address.
