I would like to return a product that I purchased from Amazon and received on November 22, using DHL Express Turkey’s free home pickup return service. However, because I do not have a printer, I am unable to print the return documents sent by Amazon, and therefore cannot attach the required paperwork to the package.
When I spoke with DHL, I was told that couriers collect shipments by vehicle and do not carry printers, so they cannot print documents on site. I was also informed that I must print and attach the documents provided by Amazon myself, and that the invoice is mandatory for customs procedures. They clearly stated that no alternative solution could be offered.
For my return shipment with tracking number 113858303617, I want to complete the free return process from my home in Menemen, İzmir, without having to leave my house. I am requesting that DHL Express Turkey either have the courier bring printed copies of the required documents, or at the very least, that branch staff print and attach the documents to the package when I hand over the item without printed paperwork.
I expect a more practical, customer-focused solution for customers who do not own a printer—one that does not unnecessarily complicate the return process.
