I would like to share my complaint regarding the lack of information and incorrect guidance I experienced during my DHL delivery process. Although the system showed that my shipment with tracking number 4315847734 would be delivered today between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., I was unable to get any clear or definitive update regarding the delivery.
When I first called, I was told that my package was “in final inspection before going out for delivery.” When I called again later, I was given completely different information and told that my “documents have not yet arrived.” Due to these contradictory and inconsistent updates provided on the same day, I was unable to determine the actual status of my shipment, and the delivery process became entirely unclear for me.
I request that the issue I experienced during this delivery process in the Beylikdüzü, Istanbul area be resolved and that my shipment with tracking number 4315847734 be delivered to my address as soon as possible with clear and accurate information.
