Amazon Philips Airfryer Order Shipment Issue Hasn't Been Resolved for Days

For the past two and a half weeks, I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Philips Airfryer that I ordered from Amazon. Despite repeated requests for them to call me, I've only been able to communicate with them through an online chat function. They claim there is an issue with their warehouse, but this doesn't explain why other orders of similar products that I placed later have already arrived within two days. I have been trying to resolve this issue with order number 402-4410297-1176303 for far too long now. I find it hard to believe that something as simple as shipping out an item could take this long, especially when so many of my other orders were timely delivered without any issues.
