Amazon Order Delayed As Courier Company Cannot Locate Shipment
I ordered a satellite receiver from Amazon on 4 December with delivery address Erenler, Sakarya, and the shipment was assigned to the courier company Kolay Gelsin with delivery number AC4307163. As of 18 December, my product has still not been delivered, and the problem has been ongoing since 11 December 2025, which is the last date I remember seeing any movement in the tracking information. Although Amazon has repeatedly apologized to me, neither they nor Kolay Gelsin’s customer service can clearly state where my package is. Moreover, the Kolay Gelsin tracking page does not show where the shipment is at any stage, so as a customer I cannot follow the delivery process in a transparent way. In 2025, in Turkey, it is unacceptable that a cargo company both fails to deliver the product and cannot even provide basic information about its location. Due to this experience and the time I have lost, I request that Amazon compensate me with a satisfactory shopping voucher and that Kolay Gelsin take responsibility for this delivery process, provide clear information about the shipment and prevent similar victimization from occurring again.
