Amazon Sent Wrong Exvega Monitor Arm And Removed My Prime Coupon

On November 16, 2025, I ordered the exvega 15–32″ LCD/LED Dual Monitor Holder Arm VESA Stand (ex787) through Amazon Prime, order number 404-9630115-4872312. The product arrived on November 19, 2025, but it was completely different from what I purchased. The model I selected was supposed to have two movable arms and a full mechanism, yet the item I received was a completely different version made of only two straight rods, with far less maneuverability and quality. I contacted Amazon live support about this issue, and during the process, my ₺200 coupon earned through my Prime subscription was also lost. The customer representative, S***, told me to repurchase the product and said they would not credit the price difference, which was surprising given that the mistake was not mine. My Prime subscription was also blocked, and I could not reach phone support due to a system error. The supervisor, D***, also stated that they could not help. I initiated a return for the incorrect product, and my return number is pa1200608; I was told the refund would be issued within 14 days, yet I lost both my coupon and my Prime benefits. No solution was provided at any stage to address my inconvenience, and customer satisfaction was completely ignored. I expect Amazon to reissue the ₺200 coupon I lost due to their shipping error and to resolve this issue properly, and I request that the necessary steps be taken to prevent similar problems in the future.
