Amazon Seller Canceled My Order And Relisted The Same Product At A Higher Price

On November 10, 2025, I placed an order on Amazon (order number 406-****539) for a product sold by the seller “Teknoraks.” The very next day, the seller canceled the order citing “out of stock” as the reason. However, the same product was simultaneously listed on platforms like Pazarama and Epttavm with 10+ units in stock, priced ₺12,000 higher. Later, the seller also listed the product on their own website. I documented the situation with screenshots and reported it to Amazon customer service, only to be dismissed with a “we can’t do anything” response. What’s worse, the seller removed the product from Amazon that day and then relisted it—at a higher price. It is currently available for sale. When I contacted the seller, they claimed “the product is not in our inventory, there was a system error due to Amazon integration, and we cannot procure it from our suppliers.” This is a clear example of unethical and bad-faith commercial behavior, and Amazon is turning a blind eye to it. The so-called “Amazon guarantee” does not protect the customer nor does it reflect any ethical standards. I purchased the product, my order was canceled, and now the same item is being sold again at a higher price. This is misleading. Amazon’s failure to intervene makes it complicit in this customer grievance. Our business is being harmed due to Amazon’s lack of oversight and ineffective policies. What I expect from Amazon is the removal of such sellers from the platform and the resolution of my grievance. That includes the delivery of the product I ordered and compensation for the price difference. That is what a guarantee truly means. Otherwise, this incident will stand as a clear example of Amazon losing its credibility.

Proof that they sold it for 53,000 TL. Then they canceled the sale, claimed it was out of stock, and increased the price by 12,000.
