I Face An Empty Box Delivery After Ordering A Book From Amazon.com

I ordered the book titled “Nasıl Bir Oyunun İçine Düştün?” by Burak Dalgül from Amazon.com on 29 November 2025, with order number 403-5865542-9484330. However, when the cargo arrived, and I opened the package, the box was empty, and there was no book inside. I contacted Amazon customer service about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I find it unacceptable to receive an empty box instead of the product I paid for and then not be informed in any way. I kindly request that the payment for this order be refunded to my account as soon as possible due to the missing item and lack of support.
