On November 16, I purchased the Babyliss Shine Pro 2200w Hair Dryer with Italian AC Motor, Diffuser, and Concentrator Nozzle – Model 6713DE through Amazon, but the first product arrived in an opened box with no protective seal and was clearly used, so I immediately requested a replacement, which was approved; however, the replacement delivered today also arrived with scratches all over it and appeared to be a display item, meaning that for the second time I received an opened, previously handled product instead of a brand-new one. Due to this experience, I no longer want a replacement and request to return the product and receive a full refund for the amount I paid. I also kindly ask that previously opened, used, returned, or display products not be sold as new, and that if an item is refurbished or a display unit, this should be clearly stated so customers are not put in such a position and proper quality control measures are ensured.
