Amazon Delayed Refund for Returned MSI RTX 5070 Ti Beyond Legal Timeframe

On December 2, I purchased an MSI RTX 5070 Ti Shadow graphics card on Amazon, paying $1,594 by credit card. After completing the purchase, I realized that I had forgotten to select an installment payment option. Because of this, I decided to return the product so that I could reorder it using installments, and I submitted a return request for this reason.
However, after contacting Amazon customer service regarding the refund process, I was informed that my refund would be issued after an extended period that exceeds the legally required refund timeframe, and that the payment would be returned according to this longer, internally determined schedule. In other words, I was told that a refund that should legally be completed within the standard timeframe would instead be delayed beyond that period.
This situation is causing me financial inconvenience and is preventing me from completing the new purchase I planned. My order number is 402-6237214-5058758. I request that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card within the legally required refund period, without any additional delay, and that my refund process be expedited.
