Amazon Turkey ships with DHL, and DHL does not deliver to my address. I am an Amazon Prime member, and when I complained about this issue to Amazon customer service, the representative actually suggested canceling my Prime membership. Every time I place an order, Amazon insists on using DHL, and DHL refuses to deliver, instead sending me a text message telling me to pick up the package from their branch office.
