Amazon Order Not Delivered Despite Promised Date
I placed an order on Amazon on 8 December with a promised delivery date of 17 December to Türkiye. Despite this clear delivery promise, my order has still not been delivered and the information shown to me about the delivery process has been wrong and misleading. I contacted Amazon customer service regarding the delay and the fact that the package has still not arrived, but unfortunately I did not receive any real help or effective solution. My problem remains unresolved and I have lost both time and trust in the platform. Due to the order not being delivered at all and the wrong information provided during the process, I request a full refund for this order and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and loss of time I have experienced.
