Amazon Return Pickup Not Happening For Order - Refund Request

I placed an order from Amazon with the order number 407-8047380-0556342 and I have been trying to return the product for 7 days, but the product has still not been picked up and I cannot complete the return process. I am located in Istanbul, Başakşehir – Bahçeşehir, and despite my attempts, no courier has come to collect the item and the system does not allow me to proceed with the return properly. Because the product has not been taken back, I am left waiting without any progress and this situation is causing both time loss and grievance. I have not yet contacted Amazon customer service about this issue. I request that the product for this order be picked up from my address in Bahçeşehir as soon as possible and that my return be approved with a full refund of the amount I paid.
