Amazon Misleading Item - Impossible Return Process

I purchased the product sold by “ZOLYET” on Amazon Turkey on 16 November 2025 via the link https://www.amazon.com.tr/dp/B0DCGDHPNQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 with order number 403-7409255-3681966. I requested a return under return number DlWFByJTRRMA because the product description was insufficient and misleading. The return process has been confusing and disproportionally difficult. Amazon required me to print the return documents, even though I do not have a printer, forcing me to spend extra time and money at printing shops for a simple return of a product that was not as described. The shipping instructions were also unclear. I was only given a return code and documents, without a clear indication of which cargo company to use. I first went to ARAS Kargo, the original delivery company, but they refused the return. After searching the site, I saw a statement suggesting DHL, but DHL also declined the package, saying they do not accept this return. I have wasted serious time and effort, far beyond the product’s value, and I still cannot complete the return. The lack of live chat or phone support and the obligation to communicate only through the contact section makes resolving such issues extremely difficult. This experience has been far below my expectations and has led me to warn other customers against shopping on Amazon. Due to the misleading product description, the unclear and dysfunctional return process, and the printing obligation at my own expense, I request the immediate acceptance of my return for order 403-7409255-3681966 and a full refund. I also request that Amazon simplify its return instructions, clearly define the shipping process, remove the mandatory printing requirement, and take the necessary action regarding the seller so other customers do not experience similar problems.
