I placed an order from Amazon with the order number 407-3862959-4761951 and later returned the product. I sent the product back on 07/11/2025, but despite the time that has passed, the refund has not been credited to my account. Although I received an e-mail from Amazon stating that the refund was completed, when I contacted my bank I was clearly informed that no such refund had been made. The amount that should be refunded to me is ₺565,59, and despite my attempts to reach a solution, I am constantly being stalled when I contact customer service and the issue is not resolved. I request that the refund of ₺565,59 for my returned product be urgently made to my account without any further delay and that I be informed in writing about this process.
