I am writing regarding my Amazon order 702-3706162-1850646, which Amazon shows as delivered on December 1, 2025 in Guelph, Ontario. Although the tracking status indicates that the package has been delivered, there is no evidence that it has actually arrived at my address. There is no delivery photo or any proof of delivery visible in the tracking details, and the package is not at my doorstep, mailbox, or anywhere around my property. I have also tried to get in touch with the carrier but have been unable to reach anyone through a proper contact number, which makes it impossible for me to clarify where the package was left or whether it was delivered to the correct address. Given that the package is missing despite being marked as delivered and that I have no way to contact the carrier, I request that Amazon replace the product and arrange a new delivery to my address.
