Amazon Home Pickup Returns Not Refunded For Months - Pending Refunds

For a long time, I have been shopping on Amazon and using the “pickup from home” option to return my products via the courier company. Since I had no issues with my returns before, I did not track each return one by one. However, when I checked yesterday evening, I realized that some of the returns I made in the last year have still not been refunded to my account. For some of them, the status shows messages such as “may have been lost in transit,” and for others it says “arrived at the warehouse,” yet despite weeks and even months passing, the refunds have not been completed. My oldest return is from January 2025, and in total I am expecting refunds of around ₺5,000. A significant part of these returns consists of clothing products. When I contacted the courier company, they showed in their system that the parcels were delivered to Amazon’s warehouse. Despite this, the refund process is still not completed on Amazon’s side. When I contacted Amazon customer service, I was asked to provide many details such as each order number, product name, date of return shipment, tracking code and product price. I have 8–10 different returns, and some of them date back 4 months, so finding and listing all this information one by one is very difficult and, as someone who works intensively, a serious waste of time. I do not find it fair that all this burden is placed entirely on me, when these details should be visible and traceable in Amazon’s own system as the service provider. For all these reasons, I request that all of my returns from the last year, for which the refund has still not been completed, be identified collectively through Amazon’s system. I ask that all returns which were handed over to the courier and delivered to the warehouse, but for any reason have not been refunded, be urgently processed and the corresponding amounts credited to my account as soon as possible. I also request that this investigation be carried out using Amazon’s own records, without requiring me to prepare a separate list of each product, date, price and tracking code, that my grievance be resolved, and that I be clearly informed about the outcome of this process.
