Amazon Headset Return Approved But Refund Still Not Received
In order to return a headset I bought from Amazon Turkey, I shipped the product on the 3rd of November, Amazon arrived in Turkey on the 6th, and it seems that my return was approved in the system on the 8th. However, despite this, I see that "a problem has occurred" and the refund amount is not reflected in my credit card account. My order number is 404-0735574-6563504. I've been waiting for a refund since 8. When I first met, I was told that I had to wait until the 20th, I waited, but I didn't get any results. When I met again on the 20th, it was stated that the issue would be forwarded to the finance team and that there would be a response within 48 hours, but there was no response. When I contacted again on the 22nd, I was told that the transaction would be completed by the end of the month, despite this, I did not receive an email, an SMS or a phone call and the refund still hasn't been transferred to my account. I request that the refund amount, which appears to be approved, be deposited to my credit card as soon as possible without requiring any additional action, and that I be informed in writing.
There is still no progress. They haven't even contacted me.
