SteelSeries Aerox 3 Warranty Issue - Amazon Refuses Replacement Request

The warranty period of the SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless gaming mouse that I ordered from Amazon Turkey on November 6, 2023 began on the date it was delivered to me and was stated as 2 years. Since the product could reach me no earlier than November 7, 2023, it was still under warranty on the date the malfunction occurred. However, during the time spent dealing with technical service and communicating with the seller, the warranty period expired. The mouse malfunctioned on November 6, 2025, and I contacted the technical service and opened a request. They returned the product to me, claiming that the request was created on November 7, 2025 and that the warranty had therefore expired. I explained the situation again, and while they acknowledged that the mouse was indeed defective, they said they could not replace it because they had no stock of this model and no equivalent product, and advised me to contact Amazon Turkey. When I contacted Amazon, they told me that the warranty had expired and they could not help in any way. However, I sent the product to technical service because it malfunctioned before the warranty period ended, and I opened my request on time. Even after explaining all of this to both technical service and Amazon, my issue was not resolved. I request that my mouse, which broke down before the warranty period ended, be replaced with a new one or refunded at its current price.
