Amazon Order Cancelled By Seller

In the November sales, I came across an amazing offer on a size 38.5 of the Skechers D'lux Pro-Menasha Women's Black Outdoor from the seller Skechers Turkey on Amazon.com. I purchased this size as a present for my brother and completed the transaction smoothly. I even mentioned that I had bought the product and shared the link with him. The following day, I checked the shipment status in the "My Orders" section and discovered that the seller had canceled the product without any prior notification. I can't find any order or reference number, and while the cancellation information is present, I'm unable to access the details. I didn't get any email, SMS, or notification in the app. Today, when I reached out to Amazon customer service, they informed me that they weren't the seller and that they couldn't assist with cancellations or help me with my issue. I have not been provided with a satisfactory explanation or solution from the seller or Amazon throughout this process. I purchased this item for my brother at a great discount as a gift, and I made sure to explain that to him. At the moment, this product is available for almost three times the cost on other sites. I expect the product to be sent to me at the discounted price I originally paid. If I decide to return the product, I would end up paying three times what I originally spent, resulting in a considerable financial setback. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue along with a detailed explanation.
