Samsung Vertical Vacuum Broom Pipe Cracked - Warranty Replacement Denied

I have been using a Samsung vertical vacuum cleaner and on 09 November the broom pipe cracked during normal use. The product was not subjected to any impact or misuse; the crack occurred while I was simply cleaning as usual, which led me to believe this is a durability or manufacturing issue. After noticing the crack, I contacted the service, but instead of treating the situation as a warranty issue, they only offered to sell me a new spare part. I do not find it fair to pay extra for a part that has cracked under normal usage conditions. I request that the cracked broom pipe of my Samsung vertical vacuum cleaner be replaced free of charge under warranty and that this situation be evaluated as a manufacturing or material defect rather than user error.
