Amazon Sent Wrong Size Diapers and Refund Still Not Processed

I purchased baby diapers from an Amazon seller, but the wrong size was delivered to me in Adana. I received the product on 28 November and noticed that the size was incorrect, so I immediately initiated a return. The returned product reached Amazon on 1 December. Despite the product being delivered back to Amazon 9 days ago, my refund has still not been processed.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that I needed to wait for the legal period of 14 days. However, since the mistake was made by the seller/Amazon by sending the wrong size diapers, I do not find it fair that my money is being held even though the product has already been returned. I request that my refund be processed urgently without waiting for the end of the 14-day period and that the refund amount be transferred to my payment method as soon as possible, as this delay is caused by the company’s mistake, not mine. In addition to the refund, I also request compensation for the inconvenience caused during this process.
