Amazon Warehouse Order Not Shipped After 7 Days Despite Showing “In Stock”

I placed an order from Amazon Türkiye on 11.12.2025 for a product that was shown as in stock at the time of purchase. However, even after waiting for 7 days, the product was still not shipped, so I contacted customer service to ask about the delay. During this call, I was informed that the product was actually not in stock, even though it appeared as available when I bought it, and this situation caused a serious loss of time and trust for me. My order number is 407-0557856-0297162. When I spoke with customer service, they told me they took notes and would help me, but despite this, no action was taken, and the problem was not resolved. I do not want a cancellation or refund; I clearly want my product. I request that a new, unused, same or equivalent product be sent to me as soon as possible and that this stock-display problem, which misleads customers, be resolved.
