Someone Stole My 8 Ball Pool Account and Got It Banned
I am an 8 Ball Pool player on iOS, and I am having a serious problem with my account. I previously recovered my account, but afterwards, another person took over my account and claimed ownership illegally. I am the original and only rightful owner of this account, and I can provide any information or proof needed to verify my identity and ownership. On 30/10/2025, my account was suddenly banned. When I try to log in, I see a message that my account has been banned for using cheats or hacking. I strongly object to this because I did not activate or use any hack myself. The person who used the hack is a thief who accessed my account without my permission, and I have evidence that the violation was not committed by me. I have already contacted the company support team and explained that my account was misused by someone else and that I am ready to fully cooperate and provide all necessary details. However, my account still remains banned, and I still do not have access to it, even though this account is very important to me. I kindly request that my account ownership and the ban be thoroughly investigated, that the person who illegally took over and used hacks on my account be identified, and that my account be fully restored to me and the ban removed as soon as possible.
