Amazon Adidas Bravada 2.0 Defective Shoes - No Refund And Account Removal Request

I purchased two pairs of Adidas Bravada 2.0 shoes via Amazon, one in June 2024 with the order number 407-4045596-0139557 and the other in April 2025 with the order number 407-2808647-7830700. The total amount I paid for these two products is ₺3,775. After using the shoes for a while under normal daily conditions, the inner sponge parts started to come out, the edges opened, and the shape and form of the shoes became visibly deformed. In my opinion, these issues indicate a quality defect that does not match either the Adidas brand or the price level of the product. Regarding these problems, I contacted Amazon customer service and requested a refund. However, despite my refund request, no payment was made to my account, and I did not receive any clear or satisfactory explanation about the outcome of my request. As a customer, I have been aggrieved both by the poor quality of the product and by the fact that my refund has not been processed. In addition to the refund of the total amount I paid for both orders, I also request that my Amazon Prime membership and all my Amazon accounts be cancelled and permanently removed from your systems, and that I be informed in writing when these processes are completed, so that I do not have to follow up on the same issues repeatedly.
