Booking.com Canceled My Christmas Hotel Reservation Despite Payment

I made a reservation through Booking.com on November 21 for a Christmas-period stay at Hotel Indigo Vienna Wien, located in Vienna. My reservation number is 5400****15 with PIN code 4050. Even though I paid with my credit card and the transaction appears in my bank records, I was informed on November 26 that my reservation had been canceled by the hotel due to an alleged issue with the credit card payment.
Despite the fact that my credit card was charged, I consider the cancellation of my reservation on these grounds to be unfair and harmful. Finding accommodation during the Christmas period is already very difficult, and I do not want to face a lack of lodging due to this unjustified cancellation. I request that both the hotel and Booking.com investigate and review this matter, verify my credit card payment, and reactivate my reservation under the same conditions, as there was no valid reason for its cancellation.
I ask that this inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible, that my reservation be reinstated, and that my right to accommodation be protected.
