I made a Hotel and taxi reservation through Booking on September 17, 2024.
Hotel confirmation number: 4795064156
pin code: 1506 email: p********@gmail.com Hotel check-in: 28 September, check-out 4 October
12,488 TL was debide from my account for the Hotel, including taksi. However, when ı entered my bank account, ı SAW that 12,821 TL was withdrawn on the same day.
The same GO for taxi. Approval number: 78735519 ve paid 218 TL taxi fare, but 223 TL was charged.
The bad thing is, when ı logged into my bank account today, 13,102.65 TL was debide from my account for the Hotel and 228.59 TL was debide for the taxi.
How could this be the Case? I will share screenshots in two situation. I made a request for review on Tuesday, but ı still haven't hear back. I'm explain the situation in detail. Why was a different amount withdrawn from my account twice? I request that this situation be revolver before ı GO on vacation.
