I'm Writing to report an urgent issue of unauthorized multiple charges related to my Hotel reservation in Cairo, Egypt, made through Agoda.com.

My reservation is for Egypt Pyramids Inn in Cairo, Egypt, under Booking ıd 1785994407, for One room, with check‑in on November 25, 2026 and check‑out on November 26, 2026. The reservation status is paid and confirmed, and the Total amount for this Booking should be TRY 2,302.20.

However, despite making Only One reservation and authorizing Only One payment, the amount of TRY 2,302.20 was charged to my Fibabanka account five consecutive times between 01:30 a. M. And 01:31 a. M. On October 15, 2026. As a result, a Total of TRY 11,511.00 was deducted from my account instead of the correct amount of TRY 2,302.20. The remzinin four transactions are duplicate charges that ı did not authorize.

This situation has caused unnecessary financial inconvenience and blocked a significant amount of Money from my account, even though ı Only intended to pay önce for this reservation.

I respectfully request an immediate Investigation into this payment processing error and a full refund of the four duplicate charges, totaling TRY 9,208.80. I also ask for written confirmation that my Hotel reservation remains valid and fully confirmed, and that it will not be canceled or modified due to this issue.

Additionally, ı request written confirmation of the refund process, including the exact date by which the refunded amount will be returned to my Fibabanka account.

I would like to emphasize that my reservation is already confirmed and paid. I do not want to cancel or change my Booking; ı Only want the four duplicate payments to be refunded while keeping my original reservation intact.
