Havalimanında Transit Vize Şoku: £464.01'lik Bilet Çöpe Gitti

I had to book a flight through eDreams because of an issue with the GO to Gate app. I purchased a connecting flight from Rabat to Bangkok, but they sold me the Ticket without any warning. When ı arrived at the Airport, ı found out that Air Arabia requires a transit Visa, and my check-in was denied. To make issue wors, they told me at the Airport that there was no support office and just left me to deal with it. As a result, my £ 464.01 Ticket was totally gone. Because of this, ı tried to book a connecting flight to Kuala Lumpur through eDreams, but again, they never miss a change to put you in a situation. They approved part of the flight and take Money from my account, but didn’t confirm the rest. How could i to travel İstanbul without the approval from Rabat?
They also approved the withdrawal of Money from my account Via Papara without ask for my confirmation. My balance gone without me even check the flight details or giving approval. I had to purchase a new Ticket, which cost me an extra. I requested a cancellation and refund, but was informed it would take 3 months. It takes seconds to withdraw Money, so what kind of verification are they doing that a refund to take 3 months?
People may be use their last bit of Money, and there could be an urgent situation at Play. Costumer service quality is non-exist. I will never book a Ticket through eDreams or GO to Gate again. Don’t even think about recommend them. Even if they offer the best deal in the market, do not book a flight or make any reservation with these apps. Believe me, ı would have glad paid an extra 200 USD to avoid this issue and have peace of mind.
From now on, ı will Only use Qatar Airways and Turkish Airlines. I recommend you do the same. There’s no other option to protect both your mental health and finance.
