I rented a Peugeot 3008 from Enterprise Rent-A-Car uk Ltd in Berlin between 01.05.2026 and 06.05.2026. When ı returned the vehicle, two staff Members checked the car together and did not report any damage. I was not given any document or report regarding the return of the vehicle.
After ı returned to Turkey, ı was informed that there was damage to the car and that my 250 Euro Deposite would not be refunded. However, there was absolutely no damage to the vehicle at the time of return. If there had been any damage, a report should have been prepared and presented to me for Signature at that moment. Neither during the return nor afterwards was ı provided with any photos, reports or written Evidence regarding the alleged damage.
Although ı contacted Enterprise about this issue, they refused to refund my 250 Euro Deposite. I do not accept that my Deposite is being withheld based on an unproven and undocumented “damage” claim, even though ı returned the car in good condition.
I request the immediate and full refund of my 250 Euro Deposite to my credit card and a thorough Investigation of this unfair transaction.
