I canceled items on Temu, but I still haven’t received my refund, and it’s been far longer than it should take. For a platform that usually processes payments quickly, this delay is unacceptable and frustrating. In my previous orders, the money was returned within a short time, so I don’t understand why this one is being held up.

There has been no proper update or timeline provided, and I’m left wondering when—or if—I’ll see my money again. This kind of delay erodes trust, especially when it involves customers’ finances.

Temu, I’m requesting that you immediately refund the amount for the canceled items and provide a clear confirmation and timeframe. A simple refund should not turn into such a drawn-out issue. Please resolve this promptly.
