Parimatch Balance 'Temporarily Restricted'

I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch betting account, where my deposit of 1,500 is showing in the balance but is marked as “temporarily restricted” and cannot be used or withdrawn. The funds are visible in my account, yet I am unable to access them in any way. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this situation but I have not received any response so far. Not being able to use my own money without any clear explanation is very frustrating and creates a serious lack of trust. I request that my deposit of 1,500 be unblocked immediately and made fully available for use and withdrawal, and that I am given a clear written explanation as to why this restriction was applied in the first place.
