Telegram Purchase Scam: ₹130 Paid Via UPI Seller Blocked

I want to file a complaint about being scammed while trying to buy a watch through a seller on Telegram. The seller was using the name “Trust n***” and offered a watch for sale. I believed it was a genuine offer and agreed to pay for the product. On 1 April 2026 at around 06:05 pm, I paid a total of ₹130 for the watch using UPI. The amount was sent to the UPI ID kumar.***80@superyes, and I have a screenshot of this payment as proof. After receiving the money, the seller immediately blocked me on Telegram and did not send any product, tracking details, or further communication. I clearly consider this a product scam. I request that my ₹130 be refunded and that necessary action be taken against this scammer so that others are not cheated in the same way. I am ready to share the payment screenshot and any other information required to support this complaint.
