I am writing to bring to your direct attention the ongoing issue concerning my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, which I delivered to the Izmir Arkas authorized service center in Turkey on 07.08.2025 due to a vibration problem. As of today, my vehicle has not been returned to me for approximately 8 months. Throughout this period, I have been successively informed that the cylinder head and oil cooler would be replaced, followed by the turbocharger, then the complete engine, and finally the transmission. I have been told that all these procedures have been carried out. Despite such extensive interventions involving nearly all major mechanical components, the vehicle is still not in operable condition, and I am currently being told that a software connection from Italy is pending. It is evident that this situation has gone far beyond a standard repair process and reflects a serious issue in both diagnosis and service management. Furthermore, the replacement of such critical components significantly diminishes the resale value of my vehicle, resulting in a substantial financial loss on my part. In addition, being deprived of my vehicle for 8 months constitutes a separate and considerable inconvenience to me. I would like to clearly emphasize that this case can no longer be considered a routine repair. Accordingly, I formally request the replacement of my vehicle with a brand-new equivalent model, or alternatively full compensation for my losses, including but not limited to depreciation and loss of use. I would strongly prefer to resolve this matter amicably and without initiating legal proceedings. However, should this situation remain unresolved, I am fully prepared to pursue all available legal remedies. I kindly request that a concrete and satisfactory resolution be provided to me at your earliest convenience.
