I placed an order on Temu on March 26, 2025, and canceled it within minutes of placing it. Despite this, as of May 3, I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve been going back and forth between Temu and my bank for days, trying to resolve the issue.
Temu claims the refund has been issued, while my bank insists no such transaction has been received. After reviewing the situation, it’s clear that Temu has not actually sent the money back—the refund is stuck in limbo, and I’m left chasing both sides for an answer.
This delay is completely unacceptable for a canceled order. I’m demanding that Temu issue my refund immediately and provide official confirmation with a valid transaction reference. I’ve waited long enough, and I shouldn’t have to waste more time tracking down money that should’ve been returned weeks ago.
