On June 20, 2025, I bought a pair of Puma sports shoes from the FLO store for $77. I didn’t use the shoes for heavy work — only for daily, careful use. Despite that, about two months after purchasing them, the mesh on the front toe area started tearing and showed noticeable deformation.
I personally went to the FLO store twice about the issue, and each time they took photos of the shoes and sent them in for inspection. However, both of my requests were rejected with the explanation that the problem was “user-related,” and no solution was offered to me.
Considering how I used the shoes and the short period of use, these damages are not normal, and the product does not reflect the quality expected from a brand like Puma. For this reason, I am requesting that Puma and FLO treat this as a defective product and provide a replacement — or if that is not possible, refund the amount I paid.
