Hello, I purchased a pair of Puma shoes online, and they developed cracks in less than six months. What can I do? I urgently await a response and assistance. I've been a Puma customer for a long time, always choosing their products for their quality and style. This recent experience, on the other hand, has left me disappointed and frustrated. It's disheartening that my shoes have sustained such extensive damage in such a short period of time.
