Puma Customer Service Does Not Exchange Products




I requested the Puma inspection center to examine the shoes I bought for my son in July and which started to open in the front in just two months. They rejected my request very quickly (in about 10 hours). Although my son has no sports culture and only uses them for daily use to go to school, both shoes opened in the front. I was very upset that I was ignored as a customer who shopped from Puma for my entire family. Puma is definitely very unsuccessful in after-sales customer relations. I do not even think of buying socks from Puma anymore and everyone should pay attention to the situation I experienced. Know that I will make my negative comments in all authorities.

You have passed it over nicely and sent the message that you automatically send to everyone, thank you 🙏 It is also admirable that you paid 2,000 TL for a shoe that has become so big in 2 months and then you do not stand behind it. I leave the fact that we are living with you while we do not have problems like yours with any other brand to the discretion of the users who will read this complaint of mine.
