Puma Sneakers Quality Problem, Demand Replacement!

I bought a pair of Puma sneakers from the Flo store in Cevahir Mall, Istanbul, two years ago. I have only worn them 3–4 times, and their quality is really poor, as you can see from the images. When I went to the Flo store, they told me they couldn’t do anything because I bought them two years ago. I know it has been two years, but you can’t sell sneakers of such poor quality. Just look at their condition. I simply want these sneakers to be replaced. Very bad store and very poor quality.
