On 04.10.2025, I purchased a pair of Puma Roma Basic 353572-21 sneakers through Hepsiburada. Even though I used the product regularly and normally, noticeable cracks appeared on the sides of the shoes by the 20th day. Experiencing such an issue in such a short time, especially with a well-known model like Puma Roma, seriously shook my confidence. After the problem occurred, I sent the product to the relevant company via Hepsiburada for inspection. About 21 days later, the inspection result stated that it was “not a manufacturing defect,” and my request was rejected. I do not find it reasonable that cracks appearing on the sides after just 20 days of use are considered user error, and I genuinely cannot understand how this could be attributed to my usage. Additionally, Puma’s official website states that Puma products can be returned within 60 days. However, when I called Puma customer service, I was told that this policy applies only to purchases made on Puma’s own website and that they could not assist with items purchased from other platforms like Hepsiburada. Yet I believe the seller must have sourced this shoe through Puma’s official channels. The shoes are now back in my possession, and the cracks on the sides are clearly visible. My Hepsiburada order number is 482 659 896 3. I have been dealing with this issue for about 50 days with no solution offered. I request that my Puma Roma Basic shoes be considered within the scope of a defective product and that my grievance be resolved through either a replacement or a refund. I expect a well-known brand like Puma to stand behind its product and give greater importance to customer satisfaction.
