Puma Rejected My Ferrari RS X Replacement Request Despite Visible Defects
I purchased a Ferrari RS-X (code: RS-X30781805-4067979522403) from the Puma store on 11/09/2024 with order number A702024000000757. The product has visible splitting at the tip and sides. Despite submitting the test form twice, the issue was not approved as a manufacturing defect. I took good care of the shoes and used them under normal conditions, so this kind of damage is unacceptable. It clearly points to a quality issue. Previously, we were allowed to upload multiple images as evidence, but now only one image can be submitted. Since we are unable to provide detailed visuals, of course, your team can easily deny claims for defective products. I believe this limitation is intentional. I am requesting a replacement for my product.
Progress

I sent the product I purchased on 11/09/2024 for inspection. They said it was rejected after the inspection. When I wanted to apply again, they deliberately display a notification to prevent me from applying again. It says 'Waiting to be delivered.' When I enter my information, this notification appears. They are doing this on purpose so that the user cannot apply again, the warranty period expires, and the user is left aggrieved.
