Puma Caven Mix Varsity Sole Worn Out In Six Months

On 05.10.2025, I purchased a pair of Puma Caven Mix Varsity shoes from the Puma store located in Nata Vega AVM. Despite using the shoes for only about six months, and even rotating them with 3 different pairs of shoes, I experienced a serious problem with the sole. The sole became deformed, worn through and almost gouged out. Considering that the sole is the part of a shoe that should be the most durable, this level of damage in such a short period has caused a serious disappointment in terms of Puma’s quality. Following this problem, I created an online request on 05.04.2026 and asked for the product to be examined. However, the inspection team rejected my request in very definite terms and stated that I should not submit another request. I find this approach unacceptable, both in terms of ignoring the obvious defect in the product and in closing off the customer’s search for a solution in this manner. I request that Puma review its own quality standards in this regard and assist me with a refund or exchange to remedy my grievance arising from this clearly defective sole.

They keep calling me and explaining the process I’m going through. What’s the point of calling about that? I already know all of this. The reality is that Puma no longer stands behind its products and is producing low-quality items. I do not recommend buying from them; there are many complaints on the page regarding this issue.

The sole of the shoes I bought from the Puma store deformed within six months, and the review team rejected my request in a definitive tone. I submitted an online request and received a response, but no action was taken and the communication was unsatisfactory. My exchange request still hasn't been fulfilled, and I am very dissatisfied with the process—simply put, terrible.
