Puma Sneakers Quality Issue - Product Opened Twice, No Resolution


I bought a pair of Puma shoes in October, and by December, they had been tampered with from a different location. After having it inspected, I was told that there were no manufacturing defects, but I could get it repaired at no cost. In February, the product was reopened from a different location, as shown in the visuals. I sent it for inspection again and got a message saying, "Dear Customer, no manufacturing defects have been found in the product you left for inspection." Thus, we are unable to provide a favorable response to your request. You may collect the item from our store upon presenting your inspection receipt. Wishing you a pleasant day." I returned the item to the store for further inspection. I am currently in a predicament that falls short of the quality standards set by Puma or Deichmann. This situation from the well-known brand, which I trusted as a reliable store and did not hesitate to shop from, needs to be addressed. Customer service and store management are not providing assistance.
