Philips Perfect Care 7000 Iron Leaks Water And Fails To Perform
I purchased a Philips Perfect Care 7000 Series iron approximately 7 months ago from Media Markt. From the beginning, the product has not performed as advertised. It does not remove wrinkles properly, leaks water during use, and its steam power is far below the level that is promised. Within the first month after purchase, I had to send the iron to the Philips authorized service via Media Markt due to these problems. Despite this service process, the issues with the iron have continued, and I still cannot use the product efficiently for ironing. Since I have been experiencing the same problems from the start and the product does not meet its advertised performance, I request a full refund of the amount I paid for the Philips Perfect Care 7000 Series iron. I kindly ask for my complaint to be evaluated and the refund process to be completed as soon as possible.
