Binance Account Assurance Review Failed

I have a Binance account registered in Kenya that has been under an “account assurance review” since 2025, and as a result, all functions of my account have been blocked. I cannot use any part of the platform, including trading and withdrawals. My main request is for this review to be lifted immediately so that I can regain full access to my account. There are funds in the account, although their value is less than 1 USD, but I still want to be able to access and freely use my account. I have already contacted Binance support about this matter, but I have not received any response so far, and I have no ticket or case reference number to follow up with. I am seeking a clear resolution and restoration of full access to my account as soon as possible.
