Puma Rejected My Shoe Complaint Without Even Inspecting the Product

I bought Puma brand shoes about 1 year ago, I used them for about 8 months for only 3-4 hours a day. As can be seen from the picture, there are no impacts or defects on the shoes. However, the lining on both sides of the heel inner part has torn. When I went to the place where I bought them, I was told that I could apply online and the shoes were not taken from me. I was given a ridiculous answer to my application. "The exchange of your product sent for testing with the form has not been approved. Best regards. B002" The product was not taken from me, so it should have been sent for testing! A completely false answer was given. If you find it normal for a shoe to be completely solid and without any impacts and for the lining on both sides of the heel inner part to tear, and when you make this decision, you respond by saying that it was sent for testing without taking the shoe and examining it. A false answer was given as if the product that was not sent for testing was sent for testing! You have become a brand that I will not buy for my family and myself anymore and that I will advise my friends not to buy.
