1win Cancelled My ₹300 Deposit but Never Refunded My Money
On May 18, 2026, around 7:39 pm, I deposited 300 INR into my 1win account using Cred UPI. The transaction amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but on 1win, the deposit was cancelled from your side, and the money was not credited to my balance. My 1win ID is 363574267. Right after noticing the issue, I contacted your support team and provided the necessary proof of payment. Despite this and the fact that more than a day has passed, I have not received any proper assistance or solution, and the amount is still neither in my 1win account nor refunded to my bank. I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that the full amount of 300 INR be either credited to my 1win account balance or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
