Puma Life Style Shoes Deforming After Second Wear – Quality Issue

On 23 August 2025, I bought a Puma Life Style model shoe from Boyner Dynamic, and on only the second wear, both pairs developed a visible deformation around the mouth area. Using a product just twice and seeing this kind of issue left me genuinely let down. I handed the shoes back to Boyner on 23 September 2025, and they were sent for inspection. I received a rejection with the claim that there was “no manufacturing defect.” I requested a second review, but that was also denied. The photos clearly show that the QR code on the sole is still intact, yet the parts touched by my jeans warped, and the same damage appears on both shoes in the exact same area, which strongly suggests a material or production-related issue rather than user error. Even a counterfeit product wouldn’t distort like this after two uses. I also don’t understand what kind of examination was carried out—especially when the box says “Made in China,” which makes me wonder whether the review was truly thorough. I have never had a similar problem before, which makes this situation even more confusing. I am requesting a replacement for the product and kindly expect a proper reassessment so that my grievance can be resolved.
