Puma Item Not Delivered But Status Is Delivered
I ordered a pair of Softride Carson Handsfree Slip Tech walking shoes from the official Puma website and paid a total of 2,700 Rs. However, on 9 April 2026 at 14:28 IST, the order was marked as “delivered” even though I did not receive the product. After noticing this, I contacted Puma customer service and informed them that the shipment status shows delivered but nothing was delivered to me. I was told that they would reach out to me, but until now no one has contacted me and there has been no update or resolution. I kindly request that this issue be resolved urgently by either delivering the Softride Carson Handsfree Slip Tech walking shoes that I paid for or issuing a full refund of 2,700 Rs. I expect a clear response and a prompt solution, as the current situation is both inconvenient and unfair.
